Year-round activities and a variety of open spaces form the heart of Nicholasville-Jessamine County Parks and Recreation (NJCPR). From a bike riding clinic for children to music under the stars at Rock Fence Park, to sports of all types, there is plenty in Nicholasville to add life to your lifestyle.
NJCPR has a dozen parks spread throughout the county, with such amenities as picnic tables, soccer, baseball, and football fields, walking paths, playground equipment and even a beautiful lake. We invite you check our events calendar frequently for new and fun activities. And, we invite to you let us know of recreational opportunities you'd like us to add to our schedule.
