Police work is a calling. Ask officers why they chose
this profession and they will say they wanted to make
a difference, they want to give back to their communities,
and they just couldn’t imagine doing anything else.
The Nicholasville Police Department has worked to maintain
an outstanding safety record in an increasingly dangerous
world. Yet, we want to recognize those who have made
the ultimate sacrifice for the city, their region, their
nation through their police work:
