The Enterprise Industrial Park, in Nicholasville is a 114 acre, fully-served industrial park with 21acres remaining. Sites in the park range from 3.1 acres to 9 acres. The park is accessed by John Watts Drive off U.S.27 (Main Street) in southeastern Nicholasville. It is only 16 miles from the intersection of Interstates 64 and 75 via four and five lane highways. Enterprise Park is 18 miles from the Bluegrass Airport.The Nicholasville area has a diverse economic base and an excellent work force drawn from numerous counties in the region.
