REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR CUSTODIAL SERVICES

RFP Purpose:
Custodial Services for City Hall, Police Department, Utility Building, Corman Building and Maintenance Buildings. These buildings are located at 517 North Main, 510 North Main and 601 North Main Street.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals at its sole discretion. The City reserves the right to negotiate a contract with the top-ranked vendor. The City of Nicholasville reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any minor informality in bids received.
Terms and conditions that may be negotiated at the sole discretion of the City include but are not limited to technical, cost and terms and conditions. All costs associated with providing the proposal are borne solely by the respondents to this document.

The deadline for the proposal is 11:00, Thursday, April 1, 2010.
All proposals must be received or postmarked by this deadline.
Bid opening will be held in the City Hall board room at 517 North Main Street, April 1, 2010 at 12:00 Noon.

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Nicholasville, 517 North Main Street, Nicholasville, Kentucky 40356, until Noon, Thursday, March 18, 2010 for surplus vehicles.
